Commercial Water Damage

This commercial building in Fernandina Beach FL experienced a pipe break on the second floor causing extensive damages to both the top and bottom floors. Ceilings, walls, and even floors were removed. After un-restorable materials are removed the drying process begins (pictured right) Air movers and dehumidifiers were placed to remove any excess moisture from materials that are restorable such as drywall, baseboards and carpet.
